It draws on data from annual reports and Monks surveys to provide base salary, total cash and total direct compensation guidelines, pay trends and information on incentive and benefit practice.
Sections of the report are devoted to posts in parent companies and divisions and subsidiaries. Analysis of pay data is provided for five levels of post:
For each of the five job levels, base salary, total cash and total direct compensation awards are analysed by five revenue bands. Analysis is further split by broad industry classification, organastion type (division or subsidiary), scope factor and sector - with findings presented by inter-quartile analysis.
The report gives a summary of annual and long-term incentive practice in both parent companies and divisions and subsidiaries. Also included is summary information with regards to pensions and other benefits.
