The participant prices look attractive, how do I become a participant?

To benefit from the reduced prices, organisations must complete the relevant survey form. See 'Survey Participation'.

I need the report now. Can I buy it and participate later?

Yes – if your need is urgent you can usually purchase the report at the participant price on the understanding that you will participate in the relevant survey at a later date. If, however, the data is not received within a reasonable time following purchase, we will invoice you for the difference between the participant and full price.

How quickly can I get a Monks survey report?

We aim to despatch requested publications in hard copy or CD-ROM format within 24 hours. If the report is needed more urgently we can email you a PDF version (but only after the publication date). Requests from PwC's SEC issuer audit clients, including their subsidiaries and other consolidated entities, require the Audit Committee's pre-approval. There may be some delay prior to delivery while we complete the necessary independence procedures. In some particular instances, we may not be able to supply a publication. We will, of course, advise you of any significant delay.

How can I be sure that the data I provide remains confidential?

Confidentiality of data is paramount to us; we've been collecting and collating data for more than 25 years and have developed robust practices and procedures to ensure confidentiality. Analyses presented in our reports are not attributable to an individual organisation or person. We follow strict data protection policies and guidelines.

Once I'm a participant, how long is the participant price valid?

The participant price usually applies for 15 months from the date data is submitted. As most of our surveys are annual or depend on annually changing data, you will normally be contacted to review your submitted data for the next edition of a report before the end of the 15 months.

Is there a charge for participation?

No – data collection services are free, including visits from one of our survey team to guide you through the Management Pay UK survey form.

What happens after I have participated?

Our survey team is on-hand to provide general guidance on using the reports. They can also advise on other services that our specialists can provide.

I'm new to Monks surveys, what support can I expect?

We have a team of survey consultants who, if required, are able to provide assistance with data collection, guide you through the reports and assist you with making the process runs as smoothly as possible.
