A full range of human capital performance metrics (including productivity, retention and motivation) will be examined against the traditional measures of company financial performance (such as shareholder returns, profitability or returns on investment and capital) and related to our extensive pay database. We are already piloting the measures with a number of well-known organisations.
Readers of the PwC Monks Index are invited to participate in the study by providing data on a number of key human capital metrics (such as employee turnover, absence and learning and development coverage). Participants will receive a free summary of the survey findings, as well as the chance to discuss them at our annual survey participants' event.
If you would like to take part in the project or for further information, please contact Abu Amin.
