Parent Board and Corporate Posts is suitable for companies with revenues of over £50m, published twice a year, in April and September. It brings together information from Monks surveys and data from company annual reports in order to provide base salary, total cash and total direct compensation guidelines and trends for main board and management roles in corporate headquarters.

Analysis of pay data is provided for seven levels of post:

For each of the seven job levels, base salary, total cash and total direct compensation are analysed by five revenue bands, by broad industry classification, scope factor, international involvement and industry sector.

The scope factor takes into account that some jobs are bigger and some smaller than the norm. In this section of the report all findings are presented by inter-quartile analysis.

This publication now includes extensive commentary and analysis of annual incentives, long-term incentive, pensions and benefits incorporating information previously contained in the Annual and long-term incentive and Pensions and benefits reports.

For each level there is a total compensation summary showing the key metrics of a total reward package. This includes eligibility for incentives and benefits, target/maximum/actual award levels, and pension contribution levels.
