Parent Board and Corporate Posts is published twice a year, in April and September. It brings together information from Monks surveys and data from company annual reports in order to provide base salary and total earnings guidelines and trends for main board and management roles in corporate headquarters.
Analysis of pay data is provided for seven levels of post:
For each of the seven job levels, base salary and total earnings are analysed by five revenue bands, by broad industry classification, scope factor, international involvement and industry sector.
The scope factor takes into account that some jobs are bigger and some smaller than the norm. In this section of the report all findings are presented by inter-quartile analysis.
